We got $20 in gas on my college sons debit card, they took that out, but held an extra $151 hostage on the card. That left him $10 in his account. He wasn't able to get gas to get home, or do the Christmas shopping he had planned. I tried calling customer service but their phone line that says open 7 days a week was closed. Yes I did call during the posted hours.
